§ 100-353. Hearings.

The plan commission shall hold a public hearing on each application, giving public notice as specified in article XIV of this chapter. The plan commission may subsequently recommend issuance of the conditional use permit with appropriate conditions, recommend denial of the permit with reasons or require the submittal of a modified application. The recommendations shall be forwarded to the village board to approve issuance or denial.
