§ 18-26. Adopted by reference.

(a)

Chapters 21—25 of the 1993 edition of the Building Code, promulgated by the Southeastern Building Inspector Association, including all appendices, is adopted by reference in this section as if fully set out in this section and shall control noncommercial construction in the village.

(b)

Chapters 50—64 of the ILHR, Wis. Adm. Code, are adopted by reference in this section as if fully set out in this section and shall control commercial construction in the village.

(c)

Building permit fees shall be specified in the most current village board resolution. A copy of the schedule may be obtained from the village inspection department.
