    (3)

Supervising electrician. No sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation shall perform any electrical work unless at least one person connected with such sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation, either as owner, partner, stockholder, officer or employee, is licensed as required by this section. A late fee shall be added to any renewal application received by the village clerk after August 15. New and renewal license fees and the late fee shall be specified in the most current village board resolution.

    (6)

Revocation or suspension. Any license granted under the provisions of this section may be revoked or suspended by the electrical inspector if the licensee violated any ordinance or law relating to electrical work, or is guilty of installing electrical material or equipment which is a hazard to life or property. No license shall be revoked or suspended unless the licensee has been notified in writing of the charges against him or her.
