§ 34-151. Creation and membership.

The Village of Mukwonago Urban Forestry Commission (hereby known as UFC) is hereby established as a permanent committee of the village board. There shall be seven members on the UFC.

Membership shall be as follows:
(1)

Five citizen members shall be appointed under the procedures set forth in the Village of Mukwonago Municipal Code, each serving a three-year term. Staggered annually.

(2)

Two members of the village board shall be appointed to the UFC.

(3)

The village forester or his/her designee shall serve as the nonvoting staff liaison to the UFC.
