§ 37-1. Joint operation of fire department.

The village and the Town of Mukwonago have entered into a joint operating agreement for the furnishing of firefighting, fire protection and emergency medical and resuscitation services within the corporate limits of both jurisdictions dated January 8, 1993, as amended, which is on file in the village clerk's office.
