§ 45-94. Additional information required.

In addition to the information required by W.S.A., § 236.34, the map shall correctly show the following information on its face:

(1)

The date of the map;

(2)

The graphic scale;

(3)

The names and addresses of the owner, subdivider, and surveyor;

(4)

All existing buildings, watercourses, drainage ditches, and other features pertinent to proper division;

(5)

The names of adjoining streets, highways, parks, cemeteries, subdivisions, ponds, streams, lakes, flowages, and wetlands;

(6)

The setbacks or building lines required by the planning commission;

(7)

The additional yards required by the planning commission;

(8)

All lands reserved for future public acquisition;

(9)

The floodland and shoreland boundaries, and contour line lying at a vertical distance of two feet above the elevation of the 100-year recurrence interval flood or, where such data is not available, at a vertical distance of five feet above the elevation of the maximum flood of record;

(10)

The location, area, depth, and type of the soil absorption waste disposal system for each building site; and

(11)

Any additional information required by the planning commission.
