§ 45-183. Permits.

(a)

No building, zoning, or sanitary permits shall be issued for erection of a structure on any lot until all requirements of this chapter have been met.

(b)

Access. The village inspection department and the village engineer shall have access to premises and structures during reasonable hours to make those inspections deemed necessary by him to ensure compliance with this chapter. If, however, he is refused entry after presentation of his identification, he shall procure a special inspection warrant in accordance with W.S.A., § 963.10, except in cases of emergency.
