§ 54-1. Adoption of non-felony offenses, as well as the state criminal code by reference.

(a)

Non-felony offenses, as well as violations of the state criminal code, as subsequently amended, excluding the punishments for such violations, are adopted by reference as though fully set forth in this section.

(b)

Violations of the statutes of the state criminal code, as well as statutes providing for non-felony offenses occurring in the village, shall constitute violations of this section and shall be punished by forfeitures provided in section 1-12 of this Code.
