§ 6-3. Licenses, permits, authorization required.

No person, except as provided by W.S.A., § 125.06, shall, within the village, sell, manufacture, rectify, brew or engage in any other activity for which this chapter or W.S.A., ch. 125, requires a license, permit, or other authorization without holding the appropriate license, permit or other authorization as provided in this chapter or in W.S.A., § 125.04(1).
