§ 79-56. Rate change procedures.

Pursuant to the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992, the Village of Mukwonago is not currently certified to regulate the basic service rates charged by grantee. Should federal or state law permit further rate regulation beyond the basic service the Village of Mukwonago shall assume such rate regulation and adopt appropriate procedures for such regulation.
