The public works director is authorized to erect yield right-of-way signs conforming
to the Wisconsin Official Traffic Control Device Manual at those intersections, as
set forth in the most current village board traffic resolution, on highways in the
exclusive jurisdiction of the village, provided that if the intersected highway is
part of a through highway designated under section 82-96 the provisions of W.S.A., § 349.07(7), apply.
