§ 82-153. Heavy traffic routes.

  • (a)

    Designated. As set forth in the most current village board traffic resolution.

    (b)

    Restriction and use of other streets by heavy traffic. No person shall operate or move a vehicle, except a motorbus which is not equipped with pneumatic tires or which has a combined vehicle load weight exceeding 10,000 pounds on any highway not part of the heavy traffic route designated in subsection (a) of this section, except for the purpose of obtaining orders for, moving or delivering supplies or commodities to or from a place of business or residence which has an entrance thereon; provided, however, that in no event shall the weight of the vehicle unload on any street not defined or designated as a heavy traffic route under subsection (a) of this section exceed the limitations pertaining to Class A Highways established under Wisconsin Statutes.
