§ 82-206. Thirty minutes; one hour; 24 hours.

  • (a)

    Twenty-four hours. In all municipal parking lots, no person shall park, stop or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, for more than 24 hours, except Sundays and holidays.

    (b)

    30 minutes. No person shall park, stop or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, for more than 30 minutes on the following streets:

    (1)

    On the westerly side of Main Street from the intersection of Andrews Street northerly 132 feet, on any day except Sunday and holidays.

    (2)

    On the easterly side of Clarendon Avenue from the intersection of Lincoln Avenue south a distance of 150 feet, on Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    (c)

    Village business. In the municipal parking lots located at the village hall, police station, public works department, fire department, sewer department, water department and library, no person shall park, stop or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, unless that person or persons shall be conducting business at those locations or that person or persons shall be given consent by the head of that department.
