§ 82-330. Pedestrians, bicycles, mopeds, unmotorized traffic, power-driven cycles, or motor bicycles prohibited on freeways and expressways.

  • Pedestrians, bicycles, non-motorized traffic and persons operating power-driven cycles, mopeds or motor bicycles are prohibited on freeways and expressways. When signs conforming to the Uniform Traffic Control Device Manual are erected at all points of access to such highways, no pedestrian shall walk and no person shall ride a bicycle or other non-motorized vehicle, or operate a power-driven cycle, moped, motor bicycle, etc., upon the following freeways and expressways: Interstate 43.
