§ 86-26. Compliance with rules.

The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSC), in its final decision and order of November 12, 2010, required the Village of Mukwonago to discontinue certain rates and rules for service and adopt as the rules of the water utility those rules attached to the commission's order. The Village of Mukwonago hereby adopts, as the rules of the Mukwonago Water Utility those rates and rules attached to the PSC order as Appendix C. This document shall be on file and available for inspection at the office of the water utility and the village clerks.
