§ 86-74. Temporary metered supply; meter and deposits, D-1.

(a)

The service charge for setting the valve and furnishing and setting the meter shall be specified in the most current final decision and order of the public service commission.

(b)

Water usage shall be billed at scheduled rates.

(c)

Refunds of deposits will be made upon return of the utility equipment. Damaged or lost equipment will be repaired or replaced at customer expense.
