§ 86-107. Nonsufficient funds charge, OC-1.

A charge as specified in the most current final decision and order of the public service commission will be applied to the customer's account when a check rendered for utility service is returned for nonsufficient funds. This charge may not be in addition to, but may be inclusive of, other nonsufficient funds charges when the check was for payment of multiple services.
