There is hereby created the Village of Mukwonago Utility District No. 1 (Utility).
The utility district is created for the purpose of providing facilities for the drainage
and control of storm and surface waters so as to insure that the health, property,
safety and welfare of the village and its inhabitants are safeguarded and protected.
The district shall include all of the territory shown on Exhibit A and described in
Exhibit B, [attached to Ord. No. 793,] which are incorporated herein by reference.
The village, through the utility district may acquire, construct, lease, own, operate,
maintain, extend, replace, clean, dredge, repair, conduct, manage and finance such
facilities as are deemed by the village to be reasonably necessary for a system of
storm and surface water management within the utility district.
