Chapter 62. PLANNING

§ 62-1. Plan commission—Composition.

The village plan commission shall consist of seven members and two ex officio members as follows:
(1)

The village president, who shall be its presiding officer;

(2)

The village building inspector;

(3)

Two trustees;

(4)

Three citizen members with recognized experience and qualifications; and

(5)

Ex officio members, as follows:

a.

The village clerk who shall serve as secretary; and

b.

The village attorney who shall serve as an advisor.
