§ 62-2. Same—Appointments.

(a)

Trustee members. Trustee members of the commission shall be the chairman of the public works committee and health and recreation committee.

(b)

Citizen members. Three citizen members shall be appointed by the village president by the first regular meeting in April of the village board. One member shall be appointed each year for a term of three years.
