No passing zones shall be marked with an unbroken yellow line on the pavement indicating
the beginning and end of such zones on those streets, as set forth in the most current
village board traffic resolution, within the jurisdiction of the village, in accordance
with the standards and procedures adopted by the state department of transportation.
