§ 82-137. Passing in designated zones.

When no passing zone markers or signs giving notice thereof are erected or placed on the pavement, as provided in this division, no person shall operate a vehicle so as to overtake or pass another vehicle or drive to the left of the center of the roadway in designated no passing zones.
