§ 82-212. Traffic and parking regulations on school district grounds.

  • Pursuant to the provisions of W.S.A., § 118.105, the following regulations shall apply to the grounds of the Mukwonago School District located within the village:

    (1)

    Parking. All parking on grounds of the Mukwonago School District from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. shall be by permit only and shall be restricted to areas designated for parking by the district board. When signs are erected by the school board giving notice of such restrictions, no person shall park a motor vehicle in an area other than one from which he shall have been issued a permit, nor without displaying a valid permit during school days and regular school hours. All authorized visitors shall park only in areas designated and assigned for visitor parking. Restrictions relating to handicapped parking, fire lanes and areas designated "no parking at any time" will be enforced at all times.

    (2)

    Speed limits. No person shall at any time operate a motor vehicle upon the Mukwonago School District grounds at a speed in excess of ten miles per hour.
