§ 82-213. Park and ride parking restrictions.

The following restrictions apply to parking and stopping in the park and ride lot located within the village and maintained by the village:
(1)

No person shall leave standing any detached trailers at any time.

(2)

No person shall stop or leave standing any vehicle for more than 48 hours; any vehicle left for more than 48 hours shall be considered abandoned and will be towed away.

(3)

No person, other than a village police officer while on official duties, shall leave standing any vehicle in an area not designated for parking.

(4)

No person shall stop or leave standing any vehicle weighing more than five tons at any time.
